Toffee Banana

Ingredients

Ripe Banana – 2 nos.
Sugar – ¾ cup
Water – 2 cup

Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

Method

Boil the ripe banana with a little water in a cooker. Make syrup of sugar by heating sugar with water. Take the boiled bananas, remove the skin and slice into round thin slices and put it in the syrup of sugar. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Keep the banana pieces in sugar syrup for an hour. Take a helping of banana and sugar syrup and serve as required. You can also have a scoop of ice cream with it.
