Ingredients
Cleaned Prawns – 500gm
Cleaned Prawns – 500gm
Raw mango – 1 medium sized
Drumstick – 1 big
Coconut grated – ½ of a coconut
Red chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp
Coriander powder – ½ tsp
Small onion – 5 nos.
Curry leaves for garnishing
Fenugreek/ Methi powder – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Method
Grind coconut, red chilli, coriander, turmeric powder, small onion, salt
in a mixer/grinder. In a munn chatty (pan) put prawns, raw mango, and drumstick
and ground paste along with some water and let it cook. Simmer till the gravy
thickens. Add fenugreek powder and mix well. When completely cooked, add in the
curry leaves for garnishing the dish. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
