Ingredients
Curd – 1 cup
Water – 3 cup
Ginger cut into very thin pieces – a piece
Curry leaves – few leaves
Mint leaves – a few
Small onion – 2 nos.
Green chilli – 1 small
Salt to taste
Method
In a mixer put the curd, water and salt. Mix well. Now the buttermilk is
ready. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well in a mixer. Pour the
mixture into 2 glasses. Its now ready to serve.
