Tangy Cucumber

Ingredients

Cucumber – 1 no.
Vinegar – 4 tbsp
Sugar – 3 tbsp

Method


Cut the cucumber into thin round slices. Keep aside. Heat a pan, add vinegar and sugar. Once it starts to boil, off the flame. Add in the cucumber. Put the mixture into a serving dish. Serve when needed.
