Starters



Crunchy Prawns

Ingredients
 
Prawns – 500 gms

Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Rice flour – 2tbsp
Bread Crumbs – 5 tbsp
Egg beaten – 1 no.
Ground Pepper – ½ tbsp
Oil – for deep frying

Method


Marinade the Prawn with rice & corn flour, bread crumbs, egg, pepper for 1 hour and deep fry, until golden brown. Serve hot.
