Upma with Mangoes

Ingredients


Roasted Rava – 200gm
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Green chilli cut into small pieces– 2 nos.
Ginger cut into small pieces – a small piece
Onion cut into small pieces – 1 small
Water – 3 cups( as required)
Salt to taste
Curry leaves for garnishing
Mangoes while serving

Method

Heat oil in a pan; add green chilli, ginger and onions and sauté well. When it turns golden brown in color, add in the required amount of water and salt. When the water starts to boil add in the roasted rava little by little. Mix well. Keep mixing till the rava gets cooked nicely.  When completely cooked, add in the curry leaves. Serve with ripe mangoes cut into small pieces. Your tasty Upma with Mangoes is ready to serve and eat.
