Cheera thoran ( Spinach)

Ingredients
    

Spinach cut into small pieces – 2 bunch ( apacket full)
Onion cut into small pieces – 1 no.
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
Coconut grated – 3 tbsp
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
 Salt to taste 

Method


Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds. When it starts to splutter, add onions & spinach. Let it to cook. Add cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Add the grated coconut and mix well. When the spinach is completely cooked and done. Serve it with rice.
