Ingredients

Ripe Banana – 3 nos.
Maida or Flour – 1 ½ cup
Milk – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar – 3 tsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp


Method

In a bowl mix maida, milk, sugar, salt and cardamom and make a little thick liquid. Cut the bananas into halves and again cut through the middle of each halved bananas. Dip and coat the bananas on all sides. Heat a pan with oil and deep fry the bananas. Serve hot or when it cools down.
