Ingredients
Maida/Four – 2 cups
Egg – 2 nos.
Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 4 tsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Honey – as required
Method
Mix all the above ingredients in a grinder/mixer. Heat little butter in
a pan put the pancake batter little by little into medium thick oval shapes and
cook till it turns golden on both sides. Cook all the pancakes with a little
butter this way. Serve hot with honey as your breakfast or evening snack.
