Tandoori Fried Chicken

This dish is made with a tandoori touch that is fried in a pan. Here we don’t use tandoori grill, it can also be done that way or in an oven. The marinade is pukka tandoori…

Ingredients


Chicken – thigh and leg pieces
Salt to taste – as much needed
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Curd – 2 ½ tbsp
Lemon juice – as much needed
Oil – 3 tbsp

Method

Marinade the chicken pieces with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and Curd and lemon juice. Keep it in fridge for an hour and take it out of fridge and let it stay in room temperature. Heat oil in a pan and fry the Chicken pieces till golden brown and fully cooked. Serve hot. It can be given as a starter for your menu.
