Ingredients
Ripe Mangoes cut into small pieces -
3 nos.
Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – ¾ cup
Egg – 2 nos
Method
Put all the above ingredients in a mixer and mix well. Pour the mixture
into a plate. Heat the mixture in a cooker with enough water under the plate
containing the pudding and close the lid. Let it simmer until the mixture gets done.
Cool the mixture and put in fridge to set. Serve cold when set.
