Banana Pancake

Ingredients
      
Maida/Wheat Flour – 1 ½ cup
Ripe Robusta Banana – 4 nos.
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Almonds and Raisins – a few
Salt to taste
Water – if required to get the right consistency of the mix
Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp

Methods
    

In a grinder, put maida or wheat flour, bananas, sugar, salt, cardamom powder, almonds and raisins and grind well. Put water if needed. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Make pancakes out of the mixture by putting it on a pan and by turning on both sides when golden and cooked. Serve hot with honey or chutney.
