Ingredients
Bread – 6 slices
Egg – 2 nos.
Milk – 5 tbsp
Cardamom powder – a pinch
Coriander leaves cut into small pieces – as required
Salt to taste
Sugar – 3 tsp
Method
In a bowl take egg, milk, cardamom powder, coriander leaves, salt and
sugar and mix well. Dip and coat the bread on all sides with the above mixture.
In a pan, add little butter and put the bread slices in. When bread turns
golden, take it out of the pan and serve hot with tea.
