Chicken Roast

Ingredients
     
Chicken pieces – ½ kg
Small onions – 8 nos.
Red chilli powder – 3 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Jeera(Cumin powder) – 1 tsp
Black Pepper powder – 2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Coconut oil – 4 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method
        

Grind some onions, red chilli, turmeric, jeera (cumin), black pepper and garam masala powders in a mixer. Cook the chicken pieces with the ground masalas, vinegar and salt in a pan. Mix well. Add little water for it to cook nicely. Separate the gravy from the chicken and keep aside. In a fresh pan heat oil and put the cooked chicken pieces, rest of the onions and fry till golden. When cooked and fried; add the gravy and cook till the chicken gravy thickens. When done, serve with chapatti or rice.
