Stir Fried Potatoes Sautéed

In Kerala style cooking Curry leaves is a must while garnishing.

Ingredients
      

Potato – 4 nos. medium sized
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Red chillies – chopped finely
Curry leaves – few leaves
Garlic – 2 nos. diced
Onion – 2 nos. diced thinly
Oil - as per needed
Salt to taste

Method


In a cooker cut the potato into 4 pieces and boil with turmeric powder, red chilli and salt. Take it out when done. In a pan add in the curry leaves, garlic and sauté the onions till golden. Then add in the potatoes till sautéed and fully done. The potatoes along with onion should turn golden. You can serve hot with chapatti, rice, bread etc.
