Ingredients
Onion diced into small pieces – 1 no.
Yellow Capsicum diced into small pieces – 1 no.
Red Capsicum diced into small pieces – 1 no.
Tomato diced into small pieces – 1 no.
Green chilli – 1 no. chopped
Garlic – 1 clove diced
Cucumber diced into small pieces – 1 no.
Pineapple diced into small pieces – ½ cup
Extra Virgin Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Salt & pepper to taste
Method
Mix all the above ingredients and put in fridge for an hour. This is
done so that all the ingredients settle done and mixes well with each other.
Serve when needed.
