Eallu Parotha

Ingredients

Wheat Flour – 2 cups
Eallu Seeds – 1 ½ tbsp
Water to knead the dough – as required
Salt to taste
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Method

In a bowl put the flour, eallu seeds, and enough water with required salt to knead the mixture into dough. Pour little olive oil to mix and mash well into a fine dough. Make round balls out of the dough and roll it out into parathas. In a tawa pan, put the round uncooked roti and make nice and brown parathas or parotta out of it. Add a little ghee or oil to make the parathas soft.
