Almond Cake

Ingredients


Flour – 2 cup
Butter – 50 gm
Egg – 2 nos.
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1 tsp
Almonds – as required
Milk – ¼ cup
Sugar – ¾ cup

Method
 

Grease your bowl with butter and dust flour in bowl reaching all sides. Mix in a mixer, flour, butter, egg, baking powder, baking soda, milk and sugar. Pour the mixture into the greased bowl. Top it with almonds. Put in a microwave for 15 minutes in convention mode. When done, serve cutting the cake into square pieces.
