Konju Varuthattu (Fried Prawns)

Ingredients

Prawns – 250 gms
Ground Pepper - 1 tsp
Red chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Spring onion – for garnishing

Method

Marinade the prawns with all of the above ingredients for 1 hour in fridge. In a pan heat oil and fry the marinated prawns until golden prawn. Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot with a dash of lemon juice.
