Chocolate buns

Ingredients

Buns – 4 nos.
Dark Chocolates – few dark chocolates from the shop
Milk Chocolates – few milk chocolates from shop
Lemon zest of half a lemon
Cream – 6 tbsp
Cherries – to garnish

Method

In a pan, heat water and put the bowl on top of the water containing bowl. Melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolate in separate bowls. Into the melted dark chocolate add the cream. Mix well. Into the melted milk chocolate add in 3 tbsp of cream and lemon zest for that lemony bite. Mix well. Halve each bun and into the middle of bun coat the dark Chocó cream on one side and milk Chocó cream on the other side. On the top of the bun, coat the dark Chocó mixture nicely. As a garnish, put the cherries on top. The yummy chocolate buns is ready to eat.
