Ingredients
Ripe Pineapple – 1 no.
Paneer – ½ a packet
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp
Olive oil for frying
Method
Marinate the paneer or cottage cheese with a little salt and red chilli
powder. Heat oil in a pan, fry the paneer till they turn golden on all sides.
Take the paneer out and fry in the pineapple pieces till they turn golden and caramelized. Don’t overcook. Serve as a dessert or as a
starter. It tastes wonderful when both the paneer and pineapple are eaten at
the same time.
