Chicken Masala Fry

Ingredients
 

Chicken breast cut into pieces
Salt to taste – as much needed
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – as much needed
Oil – 3 tbsp
Water if needed

Method
 

Marinade the chicken pieces with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, pepper, garam masala powder, very little water and lemon juice. Keep it in fridge for an hour and take it out of fridge and let it stay in room temperature. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces till golden brown and fully cooked. Serve hot with lemon. It can be given as a starter for your menu.
