Ingredients
Cabbage
thinly sliced into small pieces – ½ a cabbage
Carrot
thinly cut into small pieces – 1 no.
Mustard
seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin
seeds – ½ tsp
Green
chillies – 2 nos.
Coriander
leaves – for garnishing
Olive
oil – 1 tbsp
Salt
to taste
Method
Heat a deep bottomed pan, add oil,
mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When the mustard seeds start to splutter, add in
the cabbage, green chillies and carrot pieces. Mix well and cook on medium
heat. When fully cooked, add salt and coriander leaves as for garnishing. When
done, off the flame and serve with rice.
