Ingredients
Chicken legs – 4 -6 pieces
Ginger garlic paste – 3 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Maida (Plain flour) – 3 tbsp
Water - if needed
Method
Mix all the ingredients well along with the chicken legs and marinate for
2 hours in the refrigerator. The mixture should coat on all sides of the
chicken. Fry when required. Take it out of flame when golden and done. Serve
hot and fresh out of flame.
